An unbroken mirror, assuming it is plain and flat, reflects all the light that hits it back to you. If the mirror is broken, the pieces are bent and therefore you may be able to see parts of object but not in its entirety. The light that hits the mirror is reflected in different directions and is not directed into your eyes.
Technically, if you look into a broken mirror, you will see cracks, and the unreflected background to which some mirrors are glued to and your reflection distorted from the cracks and broken pieces.
A reflection
In a mirror you see a reflection of yourself. The reflection is caused when light cannot go through the glass so it bounces back creating a second hand image which is opposite from what is real. But basically it's the right direction if you look at the mirror while standing next to it. The reflection should look perfect to you.
Your reflection is reverse in a mirror because it is an image that is bounced back from a single point. These images cannot flip.
It's called your reflection!
you can see your self in a broken mirror but for every piece there is another you
The reflection in the mirror represents the dreamer. If the mirror is broken or cracked, then the view the individual has of him/herself is incorrect.
You see your reflection. Unless the mirror is broken then you see your reflection in a broken mirror. Unless all the pieces are on the floor then you see what was behind the pieces of glass in the mirror.
