Camels evolved to live in warm, arid regions. Their specialized feet and mouth parts allow them to subsist on sparse vegetation and walk on hot soils. Plus, there isn't enough vegetation in polar regions for them to survive in the Arctic.
Climate too cold-they are desert animals
Because one is a predator (the polar bear) and the other is prey (camel). Also, a camel is found in a different biome and environment from a polar bear, so this makes the "living with" factor impossible.

polar bears live in the arctic (north pole)
Polar bears live only in the northern polar regions - which includes the Arctic and Arctic Circle regions. They do not live in the Antarctic.
It does not live anywhere in the Arctic (the north polar region). The Weddell Seal is a native of the Antarctic (the south polar region)
Polar bears live in the Arctic region which is above Canada
Depends which polar region you are interested in. Different types of animals live in the two polar regions. Polar bears, e.g., live only in the northern polar regions, whilst penguins live only in the southern polar regions. Some animals, e.g. seals, live in both regions.
Let's think for a second, POLAR bears live in a POLAR region. So do you think POLAR bears will have a problem not living in a POLAR region?
in artic region
They live in the northern hemisphere.
