Internet Explorer uses integrated windows authentication which obtains your credentials from the computer you are logged into. If for some reason it cannot obtain these credentials, the browser's session is anonymous so it will prompt you. Or if the account you are using does not have access to the resource. Windows Explorer runs under under the credentials of the account you are logged into.
Sorry, E10 cannot be installed on XP. IE8 is the highest version of Internet Explorer that's compatible with XP.
Windows Explorer is an integral part of the operating system and cannot be removed. Perhaps you mean Internet Explorer? That And it is not possible because... You can't Do it because If you can't 'delete' a Program then it has to be closed and if you want to 'close' Windows Explorer then you have to close the process from the task manager and after you 'close' it you need Windows Explorer to 'delete' Something and Therefore it is not possible....... Anyways why the hell do you want to remove windows explorer?? You can always re-install Windows 7 if you have a problem in the System.. Just Insert the ORIGINAL D.V.D. and Click Repair.......... P.S. You can't 'Delete' a Program.... lol And even If you mean Internet Explorer it cannot be removed as even it is an Integral Part of your System.......

You can connect your phone to your computer through USB. You must be able to browse your files with Windows Explorer. If you cannot, then your phone is not setup to be accessed by your computer or you do not have the proper driver.
You cannot do that, but you can try to change the name then disable network connection and enable it again. Also you can try restarting some of network services.
