She couldn't find her clothes even though she looked for them. But it is more likely someone took them so she would still be in that awkward costume.

Scout cannot change back into her clothes on her way back home because she has lost her clothes and is forced to wear a large costume to hide her nakedness. Changing into her clothes would expose her as a girl and potentially put her at risk of being recognized or harmed.

It is PHYSICAL CHANGE because it does not change into another substance and it does not have chemical reaction, it can be sewn back to return to its original form.
click on the back pack in the bottom right hand corner then click on clothes you are not wearing.
No it is a physical change because it can be sewn back together and changed. A chemical change would mean tha it couldn't be undone like burning oil. The oil one would not be able to get back.
In The Back Room.
If you go to your backpack and click on the hat you will find alot clothes in your back pack very easy man LOL.
On the bottom right hand corner there is a backpack, you press it and whatever you bought in the Pawlette Coufur Boutique or Bearville Outfitters appear in your back pack so you can change your clothes. Above your clothes there are tabs which take you to your accesories,furniture,vehicles and mystery items
To change clothes, go back to your room in the Slifer Red Dorm. Then choose the "Closet" in your room.
Probably the basics. Water, a snack perhaps, a change of clothes? That's just my guess.
