When playing with other cats (or humans), they will not deliberately inflict serious harm. This is the difference between playing and actually fighting.

∙ 13y agoSome times cats are frisky because of the weather change. But usually it's because of personality, breed or the way they were brought up.
Also, because they're horny buggers, and are aroused at the sight of their own furballs, because they remind them of cat testicles.

∙ 14y agowell...because if they are younger they just live to play.thats the age that they are really playfull. But...when they are older especilly if they are over 1 yrs. old they dont really like to play anymore. They just like to sleep in the day and hunt at night.:)

They chase mice and try to chase a feather.
Some are just really lazy and fat cats like the 40lb cat the worlds fattest cat :(

Most people like CUTE pets. So they get a kitten, because it is cute. Dogs are ugly, but they play a lot. To me I think that it all depends on what you like, cats yes can be very playful but can also be quite lazy or quiet, but that goes for dogs too, dogs are usually very playful, but can also be lazy or just not that active. I don't think dogs or cats are better than each other, but they are two animals living in the same kingdom of life, that are sometimes very much alike.
