Just as your body continues to grow and get bigger and stronger, your brain is growing as well. The last part of the brain to fully develop is the frontal cortex. Yep, you guessed it... that is the part that controls decision making and it doesn't completely develop until about age 20 or 21. So, trying to make decisions that are lasting at too young an age can literally ruin your life. Best stick with the smaller decsions for awhile yet.

It is important because children have their Ideas which is creative in their own way. If children grow they have to take their own decisions so if they are practiced earlier they might not face problems
