There really is no answer to that because people do not know. There are speculations about diet, the amount of alcohol drunk during pregnany, RH - blood for Anne Boleyn, but nobody really knows

Jane Seymour: died in child birth to edward.
Anne of Cleves: died way after she was divorced to king Henry, died of old age.
Katherine Howard: executed.
Katherine Parr: old age, lived way after king Henry died.
Henry's son, Edward VI, died 6 July 1553, probably from complications resulting from a fever and cough contracted in July that year. As with many royal deaths however there is no certain cause. He was aged 15.
Henry's eldest daughter, Mary I, died 17 November 1558 during an influenza epidemic although it is widely believed she had overian cysts or uterine cancer that would have contributed greatly to her death. She was 42 years old when she died.

Everyone dies, Henry VIII lived in the late 1400s and early 1500s. He was succeeded by a son, so if you mean why did they die before him, they didn't.
Probably form all the inbreeding. Catherine of Aragon was the 3nd and third cousin of Henry's mother and father repectively. No prenatal care, high infant mortaility rates, etc.

Henry VIII married more women after he had a son because he wished to have many more sons to make the succession to the English throne, steady in case one of his sons should die and another would be needed to take that sons place, keeping the throne in the hands of the Tudors.
