The Allies win the war by securing the help of the US. This gave them a great numerical advantage over the Central Powers who had had the edge for most of the war.
No he fought with the central powers of Germany, Austria-Hungary and the Ottoman Empire. They Lost the war.
The Allies won WWI because they outlasted the Central Powers. We must remember that the Central Powers fought a two-front war for practically the entire duration of the war. Resources were thin near the end, so they had to call it quits.
The Allied Powers did win WW2 in 1945.
Foch was the French general in World War One, who lead the allies to a wonderful win against central powers.

the fact they couldnt win a war
There was no Axis powers in World War I--and the Axis powers LOST World War II.
Yes. Did they have an overall advantage? No. (Stupid question) EDIT: The US entered the war in its last year, after 3 years of fighting. It clearly had more supplies and morale. Had it began the war within the first weeks like every other country invovled in the war, it would have been at a disadvantage with its smaller army and artillery supply. Also, the Central Powers had one thing over the US in both instances: It had something to win or lose. The war was partly on their land and they were fighting to win old conflicts.
most but not all the Russians fought with the Germans in the invasion of Poland. but after that the German got greedy and attacked the Russians who swapped over to the allies and helped win the war.
