Why did Mohammad became prophet?
Because he thought of religion as he did every action, he didn't speak any evil, hear any evil or look at any evil. He would do everything Allah would ask him, and Allah was proud, impressed. Allah wants every man and woman of mankind to be like Muhammad, which is why he chose Muhammad to be a prophet- to preach Islam to all humans of our days. This is also why we follow in the footsteps of Muhammad. (Peace be upon Him)
