Why did Bill Gates parents bring him to a psychologist?

Bill Gates a.k.a Trey always "rebelling" against his mother as he always did everything his own way. He was hard to get along with, unless he had at least some control in almost everything. He was sent to see a psychologist for a few years, because his mother refused to give in to Bill's "rebellion" attitude. After few years, the psychologist insisted Mary to give in, because according to the psychologist, that was just the way Bill Gates was and no one can changed him except himself.
