Well, since the US, has never been allied with Germany in any war other then Afghanistan, trading with them during the war would have been an act of treason and would have nothing to do with Britain anyway. Other then that, I imagine you could consider Most Favored Nation clauses, impeding any beneficial trade favors made towards new trade partners.

The broke this blockade with the famous Berlin Airlift. The US and Great Britain sent planes over West Berlin to drop supplies for the people to survive for a while going from May 12, 1949 started a year back in June 27, 1948 when Stalin released the blockade.
