The goals were to exploit the resources and gain wealth and power
probably because England was trying to take over the planet and people did not want that and so they rebelled
When? Where? At varying stages in history it could be Russia, Belgium, England, Libya, Egypt, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Louisiana, Canada......
Because the King of England didn't want them to leave.
that doesn't make any sense what does "If you want to over take a horse rider you have to howrse?" mean??? do you mean if you want to take over a horse rider you have to ...??
He didn't want anything FOR the people of England, he wanted something FROM the people of England. The idea was to have as much land and power a possible, more land means more money and money means power. William wasn't interested in the people, only to have his friends and family take over most over the country to provide him with money and men to fight for him.
Please clarify your question. As the king, he HAD complete power over England. Are you referring to his supression of Ireland and Scotland?
He wanted to take it over himself, he didn't want Tak to do his job.
