Why did God create the earth if he knew Lucifer was cast out of heaven?

Satan did not get 'cast out' of heaven until thousands of years after earth's creation, and it happened for a specific purpose.
God created the earth perfect.(Genesis 1:31). It was a gift (Psalm 115:16), a perfect home for perfect mankind, to live on forever.(Genesis 1:28-30) The only thing that could change that prospect, was disobedience and rebellion on the part of Adam(Genesis 2:15-17)(1 Timothy 2:14).
Satan initiated the first act of rebellion, leading mankind into disobedience to God, sin and ultimately death,(Genesis 3:1-6)(Romans 5:12), but this was not the plan from the beginning(Acts 17:26). God did not 'know' in advance what Satan would do, but he was prepared to handle whatever happened.(Genesis 3:15)(1 John 3:8). When Satan was finally 'cast out of heaven' to 'mislead the entire inhabited earth', (Revelation 12:7-10) it was part of God's solution to the problem. Soon Satan will be destroyed completely(bruised in the head (Genesis 3:15), God's Kingdom will be set up over mankind(Daniel 2:44) (Luke 4:43) (Matthew 24:14), and because of Jesus' sacrifice, mankind will again have the opportunity to fulfill God's original purpose to live forever on a perfect earth (John 3:16)(Psalms 37:10,11,29, Matthew 5:5, Micah 4:3+4)(Psalm 104:5)(Isaiah 45:18)
