God did not make hell, hell exists BECAUSE He is all holy and pure. He created angels and men out of nothing and gave them free will in order for them to love Him. Some of them chose sin and evil, thus turning from God, and hell comes into existence. Hell is not a creation of God, it is a creation of evil. Evil is nothing, all evil is, is the absence of good, it is like a shadow, the shadow is nothing in and of itself. All the shadow is, is the absence of light. In the same way, hell is a negation, an absence of God, thus it is darkness and cold. It is where we exist with the angels who also chose themselves over God. God, because He is all Holy and Pure Love cannot abide with selfishness, thus those beings - men and angels - who chose selfishness over love - create hell, and God, in His infinite Justice and mercy allows it to exist, He did not make it, nor even wish it. God, being pure Love, cannot be different from what He IS, thus, when He created us out of love, He cannot "uncreate" us, but we who choose selfishness and sin over Him, create hell and live in it eternally as He has given us our greatest desire - ourselves - and with that we must be miserable for all eternity.

u know, love is life so be happy 2 be alive cuz when ur in the sky or in hell u will be like "why didn't I do this, I made a BAD choice" :(
