Open a window or paint them outside.
The "Open with" window gives you the option of selecting which program to use to open the file you have selected. jpeg is not listed because jpeg is a file format, not a program. If you clicked on a jpeg file and got an "Open with" selection window, you want to select a program that handles jpeg's, such as MS Paint, Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop.
The most common problems from sticking windows are the result of a poor paint job leaking onto the window frame. Once any paint is properly removed from the window, wax or soap can be used to rejuvenate the window's intended smooth open.
If you are referring to acrylic paint, it is safe. If there is any concern concerning ventilation, an open window is sufficient
To open a painted shut window, you can use a putty knife or a utility knife to carefully score along the edges where the window is stuck. This will help break the seal of paint holding the window shut. Then, gently tap the edges with a hammer or use a pry bar to carefully loosen the window. Be patient and work slowly to avoid damaging the window or frame.
I think you should leave open a window or let a fan blow on it. that's what i would do.
Latex paint should be applied in a well-ventilated area. Make sure to open a window or turn a fan on in the room when applying the paint. After a couple of days the smell of the fresh paint will go away. Then it will be fine for the baby.
Find the key that has - PRTSC - on it. This is the - print screen - key. Usually you have to press PRTSC + the FN key (function key) to take a snapshot of the screen. then Open 'paint' program (in windows accessories) then click on the paste button in 'paint' and the screen snapshot will be pasted into 'paint'.

Depending upon the specific casement window the latch is mounted on the inside of the stationary side of the window/window frame. Some are riveted, some are secured by screws, if it is the later then you can remove the screws and loosen the latch (there may be several layers of paint, scratch away at the paint to see if it is either a screw/bolt head or a rivet.) See the links for a company, I like, for spare window parts.....
