After The Battle of the Spurs in 1513, Henry VIII fell in favour of Wolsey, after all Wolsey did most if not all of the prepartation leading to Henry's victory in France. By 1514, Thomas Wolsey was made Lord Chancellor of England, one of the most powerful men in England.
