There is no evidence that he did. Many senior Nazis admired the British empire, how such a small country could control so much land and so many people. Hitler certainly saw Britain and France as Germanys rivals but he hated the communists and wanted to destroy the USSR. The Germans never made a serious attempt to invade Britain and in the end it was to their strategic cost, it lost them the war.
Hitler didn't want to attack Britain at first because he was an admirer of the British Empire - and the British were racial "blood relatives".
Germany was rather seeking for living space in Eastern Europe and tried to expand its influence in that direction.
But Hitler had not expected that Britain would have antagonized him and his regime so much since he came into power in 1933.

Poland,France and great Britain because Germany and Japan tried to expand and Great Britain and France disagreed. They issued a statement and Hitler declined. WW2 started when Hitler and the Nazis invaded Poland, so Great Britain and France declared war against Germany on September the 1st, 1939.
From1933 to 1939, Britain and France followed a policy of appeasement. In 1933 Hitler wanted to rearm, although forbidden by the Treaty of Versailles. At a conference, Hitler said, "I will unarm if you do so too." He was allowed to by Britain as the treaty was said to be 'unfair'. They also ignored the remilitarisation of the Rhineland as Britain, France and the League of Nations were dealing with the Abyssinian crisis. They ignored his Anschluss with Austria and helped him gain the Sudetenland in order to appease him. Britain may have done this to give them time to rearm after the great depression and WW1, or Neville Chamberlain may not have realised that Hitler was not to be trusted, and that each demand was not his last one, as he kept promising. However in 1939 when he invaded the whole of Czechoslovakia, they realised, and ended appeasement.
Given that one of Hitler's closest associates, Hermann Goering, was fat, it seems doubtful that Hitler hated fat people. And since there were so many other people to hate, it would hardly have been necessary.
