There are two main reasons why Hitler invaded czecholslovakia

1) He hated the czechs. Hitler saw any country to the east of Germany to be biologically inferior to the German race and therefore ok to invade.

2) Hitler needed living space for his growing aryain race. he could use the extra space to grow more food or built housing for his people.
