He wanted to rule all of countries he invaded and put in his version of government. His idea that once he made the Polish and other nations into slaves, killed all of the Jewish populations in the 39 countries he invaded that the Aryan would rule the world in peace and prosperity. The frightening part is that people believed and followed him. They were willing murder for him and throw away all civil society.
