Well, I am sure if you read your labor unions information - you would solve your own quandary. Problem with most people is that they are lemmings and follow the strongest leader. Some unions are upfront, but you are the only one who can do the due diligence to ensure that your interests are being represented. They would not allow it if it was not in the agreement.
