because he is awsome
Answerthe Revolutionary War started because the colonists had enough of the taxes that King George the third gave out. For example: the intolerable tax, tea tax, and the stamp act.
Because they opposed the tea tax and did not want to be branded as followers of the King.
They had to tax on glass, pots clothes, and tea. But the townsheld act witch is like a tax had to make the colonists tax on anything that came from Britin
Pretty much anything they had to import, to include tea and stamps.
King George III taxed sugar, molasses, and rum. He also was responsible for the stamp act. He taxed all legal documents that required a stamp before any circulation.
England put up taxes to the colonists because King George III needed to pay off some war expenses. The colonists did not want to pay these taxes for they did not to be ruled by England anymore.
King George III ignored the colonists' plea for a peaceful solution because he didn't want to give up control of the colonists. He also wanted the land that was available in the New World for himself.
the daughters of liberty put a statue of him in bostons town commons
King George the Third put a tax on tea because he couldn't afford the affars any morewell yea that's right but really it was for the french and Indian war!!h
George the Third taxed colonists without letting them have a representative in Parliament, he created the Quartering act which stated that British troops would be sent to 'protect" colonists [From nothing in particular] and that if a troop came to a colonists door then the residents would have to take care of that troop(s). He also created the stamp act which taxed colonists for every piece of paper they used. These are only a couple of bad things King George III did.George treated the women so wrong. If that was me I would have wrote a letter to the king stating those specific facts
King George III needed funds to pay for the artillery used in the French and Indian War. He didn't have them, so he taxed the colonies for something they weren't even a part of. King George taxed the colonists because he felt that he was always there to protect the colonists with his army and all that stuff, so he decided that the colonists should pay him back. The colonists got really mad and some decided that they would not buy the things that King George put taxes on.
The Declaratory Act gave the king and parliament the right to tax the colonies. Even though the colonists are not allowed to have parliamentary representation.
