Binomial Nomenclature---created by swedish scientist Carolous Linnaeus
Carolus Linnaeus was a Swedish botanist who was the first to use Latin for scientific naming of organisms. He wrote a hierarchical classification system for plants and animals using a system of nomenclature.
There is no difference between the classification system used by scientists today and the classification system developed by Linnaeus. Scientists today still use the Binomial Nomenclature system developed by Linnaeus today.
Wow... He was the scientist that studied plants and animals and figured out what families they belonged to.Carolus Linnaeus was a Swedish biologist who lived from 1707 to 1778. His Swedish name was Carl, but he used a Latin version, Carolus, when he was at University and when he wrote his books. He spent his life collecting lots of specimens of animals and plants, and classifying them into groups based upon similarity. He started the system of naming animals and plants with two Latin-sounding words, one for the 'genus' and one for the 'species'. For example, humans are called Homo sapiens, and tigers are Panthera tigris. This system is still in use today, and it is still called Linnaean taxonomy, so Linnaeus had a lasting influence on biology.

When Carl Linnaeus initially developed the nomenclature system, he ranked kingdoms as the highest classification, but it was reduced in rank to domain in the 1960's.There are eight major classifications of scientific kingdoms. These are, Eubacteria, Archaebacteria, Archezoa, Protozoa, Animalia, Plantae, Fungi and Chromista.

The use of Linnaeus system has affected us differentiated differentiate animals.
Carl Linnaeus is known as the father of modern taxonomy. Although a system of binomial naming had been in use for some time, it was unorganized. Linnaeus, through documented studies and publications, was able to normalize the naming system that is still in use today.

Carlos Linnaeus
The answer is Carl Linnaeus
The system of classifying and naming organisms that is still in use today was developed by Carl Linnaeus in the 18th century. This system, known as binomial nomenclature, assigns each organism a two-part Latin name, consisting of the genus and species.
Because it is effective and sufficient for the needs.
Well, first it was Aristotle, but his method wasn't very effective. The method we use today was invented by Linnaeus.
