London Docklands are no longer used for shipping purposes and have been redeveloped into high rise offices and residential use. Most of the office accommodation is new and most of the residential areas are converted from redundant Victorian commercial premises.

They were the shipping terminals of the Port of London Authority. Modern ships are too large to berth there now so the area has been transformed in the last 30 years into residential, retail and office premises. At its height, it was the biggest construction site in Europe.
London docklands changed because modern ships are too large to enter the old Victorian docks so container ships have had to use purpose built facilities away from London. The Docklands area of East London is now occupied by residential and office accommodation and some light industry.

You are aware, are you not, that London is a city in the kingdom of England? Asking who was "London's Queen" is like asking who is the President of Philadelphia. The Queen of England was Elizabeth I when Shakespeare was born and continued to be so until 1603 when she died. For the rest of Shakespeare's life the Queen was Anne of Denmark, wife to James I.

I Have Loved You Girl - But Not Like This Before - was created in 1975-07.
The compound word for "fore" is "before" - it combines with "before" to form a new word.
Typically, a comma is placed before the word 'like' when it is introducing an example or comparison. For example: "I enjoy outdoor activities, like hiking and swimming."
IOD (meaning Intimation of Disapproval) is an essential permission given to the developer by the municipal authorities to re-develop an old building. The developer however cannot demolish the old building just on the basis of IOD alone. After redevelopment plans are submitted to the Building Proposal Department of BMC, an IOD is issued, and under the terms and conditions of the IOD, the developer is asked to comply with many requirements and obtain various clearances like clearance from Environment Authorities, Tree Authorities, Fire Officer etc. After these clearances are obtained, the developer is entitled to obtain a Commencement Certificate (CC). The demolition can commence legally only after obtaining CC.
