No. In 1959 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln, the reverse side of the Wheat Cent was redesigned and featured an image of the Lincoln Memorial. These cents came to be known to collectors as "Lincoln Memoriasl Cents"
To honour the 150th anniversary of Lincoln's birth, they wanted to change the 50 year old wheat penny design, they chose to use the Lincoln Memorial as the reverse.
That's very unlikely. The logo was added by a private company and isn't part of the standard design of a US $2 bill. Such items are considered to be altered or damaged and have little or no interest for banknote collectors.
The "wheat ear" design appears on all Lincoln cents issued from 1909 to 1958. The stylized design is meant to honor America's enormous production of that grain. The current Lincoln Memorial design was adopted in 1959 in honor of the 150th anniversary of Lincoln's birth.
