Unclear question. Where do these norwegian immigrate (move into Another Country) to? Or do you mean why does norwegians emmigrate (move out of country)?
I don't believe a lot of norwegians do leave Norway, and if they do it is probably to work abroad. However, we have more foreign labourers comming in to Norway, than norwegian work force going out. The net migration is the main factor in the population growth of Norway.
