Set, or Seth.
He is called Set or Seth.
Seth (also spelled "Set") was an Egyptian god associated with the desert and storms who was sometimes thought to be evil. According to the Egyptians, he murdered the god Osiris. Seth was also the name of the third son of Adam and Eve according to the book of Genesis in the Bible.
Seth-god of the desert and foreign lands. The Biblical plagues of locusts was sent by God to show both the Egyptians and Israelites that YHWH is the only God.

Seth is the Egyptian god of evil
I looked in Wikipedia; they do not mention particular powers but they do refer to Seth as a god of great strength and at times he was a chief deity. He was considered god of the desert and storms. Depending on politics and the status of "foreigners" in Ancient Egypt, he was also considered an evil god, as he murdered Osiris, the husband of the very popular Isis.
They belived that everything was in balance. If you had good then there must be an equal amount of evil. It was an inbalance of these forces which caused conflict and bad things to happen such the as failure of the annual Nile flood.
Set, the brother of Osiris.
Set, or Seth, or Sitri, as he is known in the Goetia, was the God of Darkness, the desert, storms, and mischief. He was certainly not an evil god, for that is too simple a classification. He can represent chaos to a degree, and is certainly quite dark, but he is usually benign. He often helped humans and there are many depictions of him showing humans how to do various things to improve their lives (crafts, farming, etc.) and he was often helpful to other gods, battling the forces of darkness and chaos to allow the Sun to make its daily journey. However, he did kill his brother, Osiris and cut his body into 28 pieces (Osiris is a Moon God, the Moon has 28 days in its cycle). This is when Osiris fully became god of the afterlife. Osiris and Set are some of the most important of all Egyptian Gods.
Isis and Osiris were among the most important and worshiped deities in the Egyptian pantheon. They were husband and wife and brother and sister and loved each other very much. They had a son - Horus whose uncle Seth (Osiris's brother) was very evil. He envied Osiris and wanted to kill him. Set convinced Osiris to go into a coffin as part of some ritual. Then he sealed the coffin and threw it into the river Nile. When Isis found out what happened she got really sad and tried to rescue her husband. He was dead but Thoth (the god of wisdom) managed to help Osiris and made him a ruler of the Afterlife (because of his resurrection).
