3.1 to 3.7 watts - per Kil-o-watt meter
If it is an incandescent light bulb (Gives off heat too hot to touch) it consumes 60 Watts when on and 0 watts when Off. When on it draws about 1/2 amp at 120 VAC.
300 watts is not any volts. Watts are how much power is being used regardless of the voltage. For example you could have a 300 watt spot light in a truck running off the 12 volt system in the truck or you could have a 300 watt security light on your house running off of 120 volts.
It means you can run whatever off the battery as long as power x time = 5. Ten watts for 0.5 hours. Five watts for 1 hour or 2.5 watts for 2 hours.
That of course depends on who made the water heater and what model number it is you could always call the manufacturer. Quickest way I know of is to look at the heating elements. They will have a wattage rating. This number is visible when you take the cover or covers off, move aside the insulation and use a flashlite to spy the pesky little rascals.I suggest you shut off the voltage first. My 80 gal has 2 elements of 4500 watts each if I'm not mistaken. All you need to do is multiply the Volts by the Amps and that equals watts
Boss Hogg died after the show went off the air.
