Though depicted as "savages", Native Americans had strong values and more so, peaceful values. They were pushed more than once, and sometimes had to fight back.

I don't see any evidence that they did more than threats. The mission was closed for just a couple of years as a result of these threats, but reopened in 1721. The French did raid other Spanish missions though.
