I believe that the Giver did not transmit any "release of pain" because Jonas needed to fully experience what pain was in order to be successful in his training as Receiver. Moreover, I believe that if it had not been for this event in excruciating pain, Jonas would not have rallied up the courage to leave the Community and save his younger adopted brother Gabriel. It also states in his rules that Jonas must not receive release of pain, and the Giver therefore would be breaking rules if he were to.
Also you need to remember that the pain isn't actuallyphysical (he didn't actually break his leg, it's all mental). Pain medication wouldn't help him because the pain is in his head.

Answer 2:
Because it was indicated in the rules for Jonas's assignment that he is not allowed to take medication.
The Giver decided not to escape with Jonas because he believed his role in the community was to stay behind and help guide the people through the difficult transition ahead. The Giver felt responsible for ensuring the memories were used to rebuild the society after the chaos caused by the release of memories.
When the Giver does not give Jonas any medicine to ease his pain it shows that he still follows the rules. It is from experiencing this pain that Jonas realizes that no one else will experience what he is going through.
Once Jonas would leave the community all his memories would come back to the community and everyone would have his painful memories. The Giver would need to be there to help treat everyone from the memories. After that the Giver was going to die so he could be with his daughter, Rosemary.

In "The Giver," Jonas and The Giver's plan is for Jonas to escape from the community and journey to Elsewhere, taking with him the memories and knowledge he has gained from The Giver. Their hope is that by leaving, Jonas can bring those memories to the people in the community and help them experience a full range of emotions and choices.
The Giver and Jonas' plan was to for Jonas to escape the community during the December Ceremony in a truck driving out of the community, but when Jonas learned that Gabe was going to be released, he decided to take him and escape that night, to save Gabe.
Jonas received memories from The Giver for several weeks before deciding to escape from the community.
That is a very good question. The receiver before Jonas, the Giver, is very mysterious. However, we know that he helped Jonas and Gabriel escape to Elsewhere. I do not know the Giver's name. But we know that he is old because the title shows him as an old man.
Jonas's one goal in "The Giver" was to escape his community and find a place where he could experience true freedom, emotion, and individuality.
The giver treats Jonas with love and care. Once Jonas learned about love, The Giver tells Jonas that they have a great bond and that he loves him dearly.

Yes, the Giver did give Jonas the memory of music. This memory opened Jonas' eyes to the beauty and power of music, which he had never experienced before in his community. It played a significant role in awakening his emotions and understanding of the world.
The Giver's job is to transmit memories to Jonas.
Jonas and the Giver developed an escape plan because they believed that the community's strict rules and lack of individual choice were harmful. They wanted to give Jonas a chance at a better life and to share memories and emotions with the community. Ultimately, they hoped to bring about change and free the community from its rigid control.
It could be argued that Jonas is justified in his escape from the society depicted in "The Giver" as he is seeking freedom, truth, and a better life for himself and his community. However, it ultimately depends on one's perspective and ethical beliefs.
