I'm unsure but here are some reasons I've read about:
She committed suicide after having a miscarriage
Her siblings were mean to her and she killed them but got beheaded for the crime
To make this story short, she started killing people because of her self-esteem issues
I honestly don't want to find out the true reason nor do I want to even see B-Mary. I don't recommend you try either.
