The cave bear is an extinct mammal that lived in Europe and Asia during the Pleistocene. It takes its name from where most of the skeletons have been found and the belief of experts that they spent a fair amount of time in caves compared to modern bears like the brown bear which mostly only use them for hibernation.

They don't in the sense of being cave-dwelling animals, and most don't live in caves anyway because they are far more widespread than caves. Like all animals bears sometimes need shelter from the elements and possible attackers, somay use any suitable caves they might find; but for the most part they have to make do with whatever shelter the forest offers. Caves are common but only in specific areas, and caves that can be used as dens are by no means as common as bears!
If you go inside a cave, you will find bears rats, mice, insects, bats, and other creepy animals...
Mammoths, bears, elephants+++Really? There no mammoths left though I dare say elephants might shelter in rock-shelters if any exist where they live. Bears might use caves (again, if available locally to them) as dens or forhibernation. The predominent cave-dwelling mammal is the bat - using caves as roosts, nurseries and hibernaculae but emerging at dusk to feed outside. There are no known fully cave-dwelling mammals.
