Prior to government involvement in the free market recessions occurred as they always will in cycles. What goes up must come down type of thing. These recessions were pretty short lived and lasted a year or so and corrected. But around the turn of the 20th century politicians began to place the blame for these recessions on the political party in power. By doing so when the economy improved while they were in power they could take credit for it. That is when the problems really began. The free maket will correct itself and it will do it fairly quickly but when the politicians began to try to "make" it correct itself by dabbling with the monetary system (such as creating the fed) it started taking longer and longer for the market to fix itself. Still today, the people want and expect their government to save them from these recessions and there is political power to be gained from it so politicians rationalize that they have better ideas than the people who actually work in the money market and business and continue to try and "fix" the system.

No, I did not know that. But seriously, most technology is just a tool, a tool that can be used properly or misused.Because some knowledge has been misused by some does not make that knowledge evil. Example: It is easy to say a hammer is not evil, it is just a tool. It is less easy to say a gun is not evil, because it has been misused frequently, but it actually is no less evil than a hammer; both can be misused to kill. People are being evil, not the tools. All of mankind's problems are the problems of mankind, not technology nor chemistry nor engineering nor knowledge. You cannot blame chemistry and technology for the cause of all our problems. We are our problem.
Keynesian economics operates on one principal. Should a country run into economic problems, print money. When additional economic problems arise, rinse and repeat, until the printing of money leads to a debt crisis. Upon which, print even more money, causing the country's currency to collapse. When the citizens revolt, blame capitalism, even if it does not exist in said country. The above anwer is really pointing out whats called 'quantitive Easing'. Printing more money de values a currency. It can work but its a dodgy line to be following. It can lead to hyper inflation & total collapse of a Countries economy.Normally the greedy bankers cause the big problem along with peoples masterialism & getting into debt.

Tillman blamed the Conservatives for the farmers' problems. Tillman thought the Conservatives neglected the farmers. He also believed that part of the problem was the result of farmers' ignorance about how to farm. The farmers needed more agricultural education, but Tillman and others were convinced that the agricultural department at South Carolina College was incapable of helping the farmers.
because they can, scapegoating others especially if they are more well off is a common technique of politicians instead of fixing their own problems.
A few names for a person you blame your problems on are scapegoat or victim. In slang: Blame-y.
The politicians. If they had let the commanders run the battlefield, there would have been less casualty. Instead, the war was run by politicians.
Generally, economic instability has a negative effect on politicians since voters tend to 1) Erroneously blame politicians for failure to control or monitor long-term economic patterns or actions beyond their control. 2) Expect politicians to provide immediate and fast-acting solutions to economic problems. Since completing 2 is generally extremely difficult - if not impossible - politicians tend to bear the brunt of responsibility for economic instability when they are unable to alleviate it.
Hitler committed suicide before WW2 ended so he could not blame anyone for the problems after WW2. He did blame the Jews after WW1.
The blame can't be placed on just one group of people in regards to deforestation. It varies depending on locations. Farmers may be to blame in some locations and the construction of buildings and homes is also to blame.
