gas cars - I assume you mean LPG. This is a by-product from oil well-heads and used to be flared (burnt) off. Then it was realised it had a value as an auto fuel, especially when energy porices went up - spud
Hybrid cars are cars that are powered by more than one power source. The most common variety available today is a vehicle that is powered by the traditional gas combustion engine for higher performance, but also includes a smaller and more compact electric motor. The electric motor handles the less intensive tasks like powering the car on and off, power assist during acceleration, and regenerative braking.
So far, there are no practical human powered helicopters.

If you take in the factor of the manufacturing process to build the assembled components, then a solely electric car gives off a percentage of metric tons of CO2. If you are basing solely on the car, then no, a true electric car gives off only the CO2 of the driver. A hybrid (gas/electric) car gives off a nominal amount of CO2 and CO due to the gas engine. Different cars, different amounts.
