Because if they didn't take good care of it then they would have to pay a fine and get there right arm and left leg cut off. If they refused to do that then they would get hung and get there children, house, and wife tooken away! If they refused to do that then they would all get killed but throwing stones at them until they died! so there ya go! I have Straight A's so it is a good perfect anwser!
