They had to sign a treaty that took a lot of power away from Germany. In 1933, he was announced chancellor of Germany by the president and began taking his hatred against Jews to extreme measures. There was Kristallnacht(The Night of Broken Glass) and then the extermination of Jews. Read Hitler's own book Mein Kampf to get a better understanding of why he hated Jews.

∙ 12y agoHitler blamed the Jews because they were an easy target to blame or all of Germany's problems. The Jews at the time were the richest people living in Germany, which meant that the average German disliked the Jews.
