Kashmir did not join Pakistan beacuse its Hindu Mahraja tracherously made over the muslim state of india againt the wisher off its habbitat.

Before the creation of Pakistan the Muslims of Kashmir had voted to join with Pakistan. But at the time of partition Hindu Maharaja Hari Singh Dogra accepted bribes from the indian government and made a heinous intrigue against the Muslim of Kashmir and deciede to join with them (India). Soon after this, India sent his army and occupied a greater part of this beautiful valley.
