the motor for your power windows is shot, or your wiring is gone
Check the fuse.
Power windows normally use a breaker, not a fuse.
The wiring diagram for a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT can be found in the service manual provided by the manufacturer. If the power windows, moon roof fuses, and power relays are good but the windows and moonroof do not work, then it is likely a wiring problem

The power windows have a automatic reset circuit breaker. They are not fused.
