Naruto hates Sasuke because he hates the fact that he's always acts cool, and makes him slef look good when it comes to combat. And maybe the fact that Sakura likes Sasuke and not him :P And plus they used to be great friends,that is until Sasuke changed.

A: Well, from what i have seen; the new manga release "468" chapter , i think it might be heading more in kakashi's direction then Naruto 4 position of being hokage. i can understand y it would be him; he has all the cards in place. he's the 4th hokage student [plus] he help end the 3rd great war; i think it was the 3rd war but it was a war. he's a well - known skilled ninja; his name is out there. the white fang is his father, etc. honestly i don't want that 2 happen, because Naruto is ready; i know he is, and also i don't want sakura and Naruto together. i hope sasuke does return to the village; but seen how the story is going he might end up dying. well, we all just have to be patient and watch.well, the whole point of this anime series is for Naruto to become hokage, so it will not come anytime soon. They will probably continue with Shippuden for a while. IDK how old Naruto is ( im guessing like 16-18) but after this they will probably do a season when he is just a little bit older(like 20-21) and Sasuke will probably be Naruto's target until shippuden ends, or later on just on a side note.
