Oxted is located in England, just outside of Surrey. Every year, Oxted hosts an event which is called the Oxted Charity Pram Race. A pram is a type of British baby stroller. The money which is gained during this race is given to local causes. The contest requires the individual to push a pram in a costume during the length of the race. Men also enter and have been known to wear outstanding "dress", meaning costumes. Particpants have dressed as gladiators and stormtroopers!
