Pheobe married cole after he had unknowingly become the source of all evil. He did not do this on purpose and tried to fight it but it eventually took over him. The seer made a potion to get pheobe pregnant and after vanquishing Cole, the seer took the baby which destroyed her. It was never really Pheobe's baby. In season 8 she met Coop, a cupid. They fell in love, got married and had three little girls. They were ment to be together and Pheobe and Cole were not. If you want a more detailed description just ask.
