He had to establish with the audience the time of day. The plays were always performed in constant lighting in Shakespeare's day, so the stage looked the same whether it was noon or midnight. This was true whether they were performing outdoors at an outdoor theatre like the Globe or indoors at the Blackfriars, at court or at a private house. Therefore the audience would not know if it was night or day unless one of the characters told them so.

How William Shakespeare began to plot novells?

He did not. William Shakespeare did not write novels. They were an unknown form in his day. Shakespeare wrote plays which is a totally different literary form. The plots for his plays were almost all taken from stories or history books or biographies he had read or plays by other people which he had seen. He made changes in these plots but he started out with a story he got from somewhere else.

Did the time and society influence William Shakespeare's work?

Of course. Shakespeare and all writers were subject to considerable political censorship. He had to be sure that his plays could not be taken as an attack on the regime of the day. He certainly had to be sure that his plays could not be taken as endorsing an illegal religion. Unlike some of his fellow playwrights, Shakespeare appears to have had no trouble keeping in good stead with the censors. One way of doing so was to write on stories which had good staying power and were not topical satires or commentaries on the events of the day.
