No. Mass works differently than weight. Weight differs based on gravity, mass does not. For example, if you had an object with a mass of 50 kilograms, it would weigh 491 newtons on the surface of the earth. The same object on the moon would still have a mass of 50kg, but would only weigh 81.5 newtons. At the same time, you are never far enough from any object to not experience some type of gravity, however slight it may be. So, while you could be practically weightless at some distant point in space, your mass there would be the same as it would be on Earth.
