Kristallnacht was a turning point because for the first time it was clear how much the Nazis detested Jews, burning the Synagogues showed they were prepared to do anything against the Jews, including burn down their place of worship. This was so significant because the Synagogues were (and still are) extremely sacred to the Jews. Burning them down showed them how much the Nazis hated them.

Simply because of hatred that was used by hitler to put all jews to death. Example is the Holocaust, there are many history books on Martin Luther that would prove this connection beyond a reasonable doubt.julius striecher argued facing war crimes during the nuremburg trials that he was only doing what luther had done four hundred years before find out what position striecher held in nazi Germany to see this horrible connection.
