There is a very large group of people out there - mostly Muslim - who believe that the Jewish people are actively controlling the world's governments for their own ends. They refer to these Jewish conspirators as "Zionists".
Many fundamental Muslims believe that the Holocaust is part of "the great Zionist conspiracy" outlined in the Protocols. They believe that Hitler was himself a Jewish supporter, and that the Holocaust was fabricated (or exaggerated, as some apologists claim) to gain world sympathy for the Jews, which eventually led to the creation of the state of Israel. To quote Douglas Adams "This made a lot of people angry, and has been widely regarded as a bad idea."
Most of these prejudices come from one source, a document called "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion". The Protocols documents minutes from a meeting of elder Jewish authorities who are planning to take over the world. It is a complete hoax, however, and was proven to be a hoax many decades ago. It was originally written by a Russian anti-semite. Over the years it has been used as the "proof" that anti-semitic people are trying to take over the world, from the Russian Bolsheviks who first used it as anti-Jewish Propaganda, then Nazis, and now Muslims.
It's an unfortunate reality that the Holocaust DID in fact, happen. There are way too many eye-witness accounts, physical evidence, and admissions of guilt from German prison camp workers and higher-ups in the Nazi party to even TRY to dispute the Holocaust. It has a lot to do with the Protocols of the Elders of Zion - anti-Jewish texts first published in Russia, and soon thereafter internationally - and the book's continued presence as a top-seller among certain populations (such as Neo-Nazis). Watch the documentary below, and search online for many more and interesting books on the subject. ∙ 7y agoMost people in the world are unaware that the Holocaust happened, it is a European thing.
Some people choose to say that it did not happen, their reasons range from just trying to cause trouble to irrational fear and hatred, akin to what the Nazis felt.
in truth believing that the Holocaust did not happen is like believing that gravity does not exist. You cannot see it, it does not care whether you believe in it or not, but it is there whether you admit it or not

The Holocaust DID happen- and there's no way you can possibly say it didn't. The concentration camps are still there as memorials. There are people who were THERE in the camps that are still alive today, and there's no way to fake the Holocaust pictures. --- The arguments produced by Holocaust deniers consist largely of picking over the accounts of survivors for trivial discepancies. Others are downright dishonest and fake counter evidence.
