It's not a coin, it's a commemorative token. August von Mackensen was a colonel-general (sort of like a field marshall) in the Imperial German Army during WWI. The inscription translates roughly as "On the battlefield, Christmas 1917" so it clearly is some kind of campaign or service memento. I'm not a token/medal collector, so I can't assign a value. Maybe some of the other Farmers could help - ??
The first firearm that could be called a musket was made about 900 years ago. It was not an immediate creation, but a gradual development from very crude cannon to a portable one man firearm. Due to the length of elapsed time, we cannot assign this creation to any one person- sorry.
Ussually it refers to Adolf Hitler's complete and total rise to power in Nazi Germany by eliminating things anti Nazi like Labor Unions, Political Parties ect. Or you could say he achieved it by bettering the economy through the DAF. He also separated the country into Gau's(like states) so that he could assign a Nazi political leader to each section and be able to control everything.
When referring to the US casualties, some men were hit within 30 days of in country duty (after the 1 to 2 week RVN orientation-Republic Vietnam Orientation). Some GI's were hit with less than 30 days remaining of their tour. Those men were called "short timers", and as time passed, the Army often went out of their way to assign those GI's to rear area duties.
There's no US dime called a "Victory" dime; what you have is almost always called a Mercury dime. Miss Liberty is shown wearing a winged cap that represents freedom, but it so closely resembles the cap worn by the Greek god Mercury that the coins were almost immediately nicknamed and it's stuck for almost a century. Mercury dimes have a VERY wide range of values so you'll need to know the coin's date to assign a value. Nearly all dates have been answered on the site so just look for questions like "What is the value of a 19xx Mercury dime" (xx is your coin's actual date) and you should find approximate prices.

Assign means allocate, designate, or set.
Both "reassign" and "re-assign" are commonly used in English, but "reassign" is generally preferred over "re-assign" as it is considered more concise and clear.
The spelling will stay the same as present tense. The use of "will" in front as an adverb determines the future tense (e.g. ' I will assign seats tomorrow. ' ).
