in a sense some of the Tudors were excellent rulers at the time by bringing country war and winning. But in a other sense they slaughtered many innocent public.
There were no official exploration expeditions by the Tudors. Elizabeth 1 in particular did support privateers who did explore and raid foreign ships and territories. One of these she did knight Sir Francis Drake who circumnavigated the globe in between 1577-80. There were trading missions to Japan, Russia and the Barbary states also during her reign. With the other Tudor Royals there was 0 explorations;rather internal issues and ad hoc European battles.
Considering it was Henry Tudor who killed him at the Battle of Bosworth Field in 1485, I should think he would hate them. Certainly, being dead, he did not live to see any other Tudors.
Refugees flee from countries where they are persecuted (harassed, or worse) by the government) to countries where they can live in peace and lead normal lives. An obvious example is Jews fleeing from Nazi Germany to, say, Britain or the U.S.

Because they were desperate for the land. They needed to expand to a larger area, and wouldn't mind risking their lives. They also didn't want any of the other countries to claim it before they did.

There are several reasons why the Tudors might have decided to explore. These included:the excitement of traveling to new places where no British people had ever been.to become rich by finding new places to trade and to bring back expensive goods like spices, silk and precious metals.to find a new place to live where they would be able to practise their religion in freedom. People in Tudor times were very religious. It must have been very hard for them during the 118 years the Tudor kings and Queens ruled because they were often forced to change their religion depending on the religion of the reigning monarch.to find a better place to live.
