Tatiana, along with her older sister, the Grand Duchess Olga, were busily involved as Nurses"s aids at various military and veteran"s hospitals during the War. Tatiana was also an honorary IKGB ( Czarist forerunner of the KGB) Field Grade officer, and her customized uniform, Boots, Trenchcoat ( Purple leather- rather a la Harriet Quimby!) and unusual helmet survive- I saw this and other Romanov relics in an exhibit on the Czarist Russian period at the Newark Museum a few years ago- maybe 2003 or 004. not sure. worth my while . there was not too much material specifically on Anastasia- which aids the survival hypothesis.
Tatiana Nickolievna Romanov was born on June 10, 1897
The Grand Duchess Tatiana Nikolaevna Romanova died at the age of 21.
Possibly, I believe that Anastasia Romanov did escape and lived a long and happy life. So I think it's possible that Tatiana lived too. R.I.P. The Romanov Family, a true loss <3
she painted with her left but wrote with her right
Olga Romanov died when she was 22 Tatiana Romanov died when she was 20 Maria Romanov died when she was 19 Anastasia Romanov died when she was 17 Alexei Romanov died when he was 13
The five Romanov children were Grand Duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Maria, Anastasia, and Tsarevich Alexei Nikolaevich. They were the children of Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra of Russia. Tragically, they were executed during the Russian Revolution in 1918.
Olga was 23, Tatiana was 21, Marie was 19, Anastasia was 17, and Alexei was 13
All go from youngest to oldest [ I do not know how old they were when they were slaughtered] Alexei Romanov [ Tsarvich ], Anastasia Romanov[ The one rumored to have survived], Marie [ Or Maria, I'm not entirely sure] , Tatiana Romanov, Olga Romanov. I'm not sure if Nikolai [ or Nicholas, not sure either] of Alexandra [ or Alexandria] was older, so I'll just list them. Alexandra Romanov [ Tsarina ], Nikolai Romanov [ Tsar ]. And there you go.
anastasia romanov was important to her family because she was there last daughter and at the same time .... they didnt want to lose her.
She did not live long enough to marry anybody. She died with the rest of her family when she was 17.
