Americans are arrogant because for the past 70 years they have been one of the worlds greatest powers. This arrogance only increased after the collapse of the Soviet Union, when America was the strongest country in the world. That being said like all powers they think something makes them special and their country will never fall. In my opinion this arrogance will eventually be their demise.
Americans are just very patriotic. They do not think they are great. They just express the love for their country. People may see this as Americans thinking they are so great, (of course it depends on to what extent they are taking it), but most of the time it's just patriotism. Every country has patriots; people who love their country and express their love for it. China has them, Russia, Germany, etc.
If an American said "My country is better than yours!" then that is not patriotism, but more of bragging and insulting. But if an American said "I love my country, I think it is great." then that is patriotism.
what do you think might have happened if the americans lost the war against great Britain
why did American think that the new laws from Great Britain were unfair.
The Americans did i think
Americans didn't think that cattle ranches were practical on the great plains because the cattle had a hard time surviving. The great plains were dry and there was not a lot of grazing land in the 1800s.

Because they can be
because it was an eagle
Americans thought cattle ranches on the Great Plains were impractical because they did not have transportation like railroads. Since they were expected to transport so much meat to large cities eastward, they had a long way to travel since there were no trains or railroads.
