Not all Christians. Speaking to the crowds at the temple, Jesus delivers another scathing denunciation of the scribes and Pharisees.
Maybe that's an anti-Semitic canard. The name Lucifer does not occur in Judaism. The God of Judaism is the Creator of the universe, who gave the Torah. Sayng "the god of Judaism is Lucifer" is an easy way for fundamentalist Christians to dismiss Jewish arguments and beliefs without actually having to argue why their beliefs are a more accurate picture of the world. Additionally, it allows them to easily dismiss Jews as vile devil-worshipers and ignore their humanity.

Yes, actually they can. Many choose to ignore the parts of the bible refering to homosexuality. To be honsest, it makes sense to ignore them, seeing how there are more references to what is acceptable to eat than homosexuality, and many ignore those sections altogether.

You can't ignore the teacher in school because he/she is an adult that you must show respect for. A teacher is partly responsible for your education; he/she is there to help you learn and if you choose to ignore him/her, you could face suspension or expulsion from school.
Matthew and Luke. Both record the story of Jesus' birth. Matthew explains Jesus' lineage from Abraham through David. This shows Jesus in the line of Abraham and David. By implication, he is the legal son of Joseph by adoption.
Act with integrity; earn other people's trust; justify respect for your willingness to help others and ignore unintended slights.
