Filipinos fall happily into the victim role, poor oppressed and firmly believe that in some way they are American but just not allowed in. Like the Gurkhas in uk.. I think they (men especially) due to English language education feel hard done by that they can understand so much about the world but not access it's wealth and opportunities. The crushing corruption in Phil also piles pressure on them to take any chance to get out and keep hold of whatever they can get. Well over 50% of cv's I receive contain fake certification and references. Dealing day to day with constant lies and excuses gets very tiresome indeed. Please will the rest of Asia incorporate English language in your school curriculums to put the squeeze on Phil to clean her actup.
